I’m a watercolor artist based in Northern Virginia, originally from Connecticut. Growing up surrounded by historic architecture and nature sparked my lifelong love of art and storytelling through place. After landing in the DC area for graduate school, I made Virginia my home.

When the pandemic lockdown began, I picked up my paintbrushes—not just as a creative outlet, but as a way to process emotions and hold onto the moments and places that bring me joy. Painting quickly evolved from a personal practice into a passion shared by others, leading to commissioned portraits and opportunities to exhibit in DC galleries.

My work reflects a fascination with history and tradition, balanced by an appreciation for the simple beauty in everyday life. Through vibrant colors, I aim to capture the spirit of iconic landmarks and the familiar scenes we all recognize, inviting viewers to connect with their own memories.
